Man Ray became interested in photography and developed "aerographs", paintings airbrushed on photo paper. He lived and worked in Paris for most of his life where he established himself as a fashion and portrait photographer. Man Ray was instrumental in the development of the Surrealist movement exhibiting in the first Surrealist exhibition in Paris in 1925. Born 1890 Died 1976.
